Covid Measures

Please help us by staying at home if you are displaying any symptoms.

We have put the following measures in place to make your stay a happy and healthy one:

• Minimum 2-night stay to limit guest frequency
• Contact-free arrival and checkout available
• All bedding and towels will be washed at 60 degrees
• Property will be well-ventilated between guests
• Soft furnishing (cushions/throws) will be limited. Please bring your own if desired
• All used tableware will be put through the dishwasher at 60 degrees
• Hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes next to the swimming pool for guests to wipe down handrails before and after use. Please bring your own towels if you wish to use the pool
• If you are contacted by Track & Trace during your stay and are required to self-isolate, please let us know immediately on 07465 880516 or 07889 998988. If you are well enough to return home by private transportation then please do so and self-isolate at home. Do not use public transport.
• If you develop Covid-19 symptoms staying at White Hill Woods, please arrange a test using your holiday address. You can order a test from www.nhs.uk/coronavirus or call 119. Notify us immediately.
